Industrial group “RosStanCom” (Moscow city) unites four biggest machine tool plants from Russia and Ukraine (In the year 2003 the plants produced 40% of the Russian output of metalworking equipment):
JSC “Ryazan machine tool plant” – the biggest machine tools manufacturer in Eastern Europe. Main machines in the product line – lathes for workpieces of any dimensions. During 60 years the plant has produced 150 000 machines weighing up to 130 tons, which have been delivered to 80 countries of the world. From the beginning of the year 2000 equipment range has been largely extended; the most crucial machine components are imported. In December of 2003 ISO 9001:2000 certificate was obtained.
JSC “Nizhni Novgorod milling machine tool plant” (Nizhni Novgorod city) – the only machine tool plant in Eastern Europe, which produces full range of milling machines including special CNC machines. The plant has produced 314 000 machines. In the year 2003 the full equipment range has been drastically modernized. Since 2003 the plant is a leader of branch in manufacture increasing.
JSC “Yegoryevsk Machine Tool Plant “Komsomoletz” - the only machine tool plant in Eastern Europe, which produces full range of gear working equipment. During the plant lifetime there were produced and delivered more than 60 000 machines to 50 countries. These machines are very complicated and only few world-known companies produce such equipment: REISHAUER (Switzerland), PHAUTER, LIEBHER (Germany), FELLO (USA). In the year 2003 the full equipment range has been drastically modernized, a new range of machines with best CNC brands have been designed.
JSC “Bevers” (formerly “Komsomoletz”, Ukraine) - the only manufacturer of turret lathes in CIS at present. Since 1984 the plant produces machining centers. In 2003 all the equipment range was fully modernized in collaboration with Special Design Bureau of the Ryazan Machine Tool Plant. The plant started manufacture of Ryazan lathes 16R25P.
“ERESPO-IMPEX Ltd.” – foreign trade company, since 1986 – the sole export representative for the Industrial Group products. Since 2000 – yearly increasing of export deliveries, currently we have active agents in 50 world countries (unique example in the Russian machinery manufacture).
Torgovy dom “RSZ” – specialized company, which was established for registration and achievement of all machine tools customer’s requirements, for control of manufacturing process at the Group’s plants according to these requirements. Contract work is based in Moscow office for the convenience of the customers. Design, tolling, warranty and post-warranty, manufacture of spare parts, easy and major repairs of machinery equipment is carried out at the manufacturer facilities.
